Once you enter your customer into the system via a simple webform, our platform automatically sends them a text message and an email asking how they would rate their experience with your company/product or service.

Sentiment Rating Scale

Once your customer clicks the link in the text message or email, it takes them to a landing page with your company's branding.  They simply click the 5-star rating scale to indicate how they would rate your product or service. 

If they click 4 stars or less, a private feedback form displays (see below) where they can indicate what could have gone better to make it a 5-star experience.

If they click 5 stars, it automatically asks for a review on the reviews sites that you've connected your account to.

If your customer clicks 4 stars or less, a private feedback form displays where they can give their feedback on their experience with your company.

This helps prevent less than 5 star reviews from making it onto Google or other review sites because it gives customers the opportunity to feel heard.  We see it over and over again how this simple step reduces the number of less-than-ideal reviews from making their way onto public review sites.

Google Review Request

If your customer clicks 5 stars on the rating scale, the platform automatically asks for a Google Review (or a review on any of the review sites you've opted to use; Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook etc)

Segmentation & Sentiment Gauging Frequently Asked Questions

Yes it is!  On the private feedback screen, there is a link below the form that says "Review us on Google" in order to maintain compliance with Google.  Platforms that don't have this functionality will cause their customers to lose their Google reviews that have been obtained via their platform.

No it doesn't.  We cannot prohibit people from leaving a negative review but after working with our users and analyzing the data, our customers see a steep reduction in negative reviews because our private feedback form functionality offers them an opportunity to be heard.

Absolutely!  When you add a customer to the platform, they'll receive a text and email asking them to rate their experience.
